Bestbus.in provides Bhubaneswar to Tirupati-Tirumala-Sri Kalahasti-Tiruchanur Tour Package By Train along with Rs.300 TTD Special Darshan Tickets, Up & down train tickets, Hotel Stay in tirupati. This package will be operated on every Wednesday
Note 1: Please do not call for only TTD Darshan Tickets.
Note 2: Please provide all passenger's Name as per original id proof to avoid issues in TTD Special Darshan.
Note 3: Please note, rescheduling/changing journey date is NOT POSSIBLE for this package. So kindly double-check the journey date while booking this package. In case of wrong date booking, need to cancel the booking and book again for new journey date.
Note 4: Booking should be done at least 7-days before journey date as per TTD rules. So, please do not contact us for less than 7 days date bookings.
Note 5: Less than 7-day excluding journey date, Cancellation/Postpone/Prepone is not possible.
Note 6: Tourists will be provided sometime for tonsuring. However in case of heavy rush it is advised to follow the instructions of the local tour guide.
Note 7: Any changes regarding name/age/gender, etc. is permitted only once & should be done 10 days prior to journey.

Mandatory rule by TTD: As part of COVID-19 precautions, pilgrims are requested to produce either the vaccination certificate (2 doses) (or) COVID-19 negative certificate (RTPCR) obtained within 72 hrs prior to the date of darshan at the time of availing darshan. Itinerary of IR-Tours :
Day 1 (Wednesday) - Bhagalpur to Renigunta
- Departures from Bhagalpur Railway station by train no.12254 (Anga Express) at 13.40 hrs for onward journey to Renigunta.
- Please check below train departure timings before booking this package:
- BHAGALPUR (BGP): 13:40 hrs (Day 1)
- MADHUPUR JN (MDP): 18:28 hrs (Day 1)
- DANKUNI (DKAE): 22:38 hrs (Day 1)
- KHARAGPUR JN (KGP): 00:50 hrs (Day 2, means next to to your package journey date)
- BHUBANESWAR (BBS): 05:45 hrs (Day 2, means next to to your package journey date)
Day 2 (Thursday) - Train Journey
- Full day train Journey.
- Passengers who booked Bhubaneswar Boarding Point, will board the train around :5:45 hrs (early morning 5:45 AM as per the train schedule timings)
- Please Note: No meal plan is included during the train journey.
Day 3 (Friday) - Arrival Renigunta and Balaji Darshan
- Arrive Renigunta Railway Station at 00.33 AM.
- Pick up from Renigunta station and proceed to hotel for check in and stay.
- Morning after breakfasts proceed to Tirumala for Tirupati Balaji Darshan
- Evening return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4 (Saturday) - Visit of Sri Kalahasthi Temple and Padmavathi Devi temple.
- Morning after breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed to visit Sri Kalahasthi Temple and Padmavathi Devi temple.
- Evening after Darshan drop at Renigunta Railway station at 18.00 hrs to board the train no.12253 (Anga Express) at 19.58 hrs for return journey to Bhagalpur.
Day 5 (Sunday) - Train Journey
- Full day train Journey.
- Bhubaneswar arrival time:15:50 hrs

Day 6 (Monday) - Arrive Bhagalpur
- Arrive Bhagalpur Railway Station at 09.15 AM.

- No station transfers at Bhagalpur/. Clients have to arrange Bhagalpur station transfers own.
- There will not be any IRCTC representative at Station.
- Lunches at all day, only halt will be given at convenient place to have lunch on direct payment.
- Train food (Breakfast, Lunch , and dinner)
- Any portage at hotels, tips, mineral water, telephone charges, laundry and all items of personal nature.
- Any Still / Video Camera fees, entrance fees for monuments and any activities suggested in the itinerary are chargeable direct.
- Any additional meals / en route meals, sightseeing and activities other than those mentioned in the itinerary.

- Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
- Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
- Please reach the Railway station 1 hour before the departure of the train. IRCTC will not be responsible for missing of train by the guest.
- Kindly reconfirm the platform and the train schedule from the Railway enqury before leaving for the Railway station.
- Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
- Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the Railway Station for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the gate.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- It is mandatory to carry the age proof for all passengers including infants along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
- In train no seat is provided to Infant.
- Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked.
- In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress or sofa cum bed shall be provided.
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
- The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
- For any change in train Timings/diversions, train cancellation from the Railway, IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
- Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
- Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings: Breakfast: 0700 - 0900 hrs Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.

- Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline.
- In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
