Ans. Yes, you can search for routes and operators without any Sign-up.

Qs. 2) Do I need to register to booking online ticket? ?

Ans. No, you don't need any sign-up for booking online ticket. if you are a regular user to book tickets online then it's better to sign-up as you don't need to enter your details again and again.

Qs. 3) Is it mandatory to take a printout of the ticket??

Ans. Yes it is mandatory to take the print out of the ticket, as all the bus operators not support m-ticket.

Qs. 4) I have lost my ticket printout. How can I retrieve my booking??

Ans. When you book a ticket you will get a mail of e-ticket with ticket details you can take a print out or you can enter the ticket number and mobile number in bestbus.in and get the printout.

Qs. 5) I entered wrong mobile number how can I change the mobile number? ?

Ans. You can not change the mobile number, you need to contact that particular bus operator.

Qs. 6) How to postpone/prepone journey??

Ans. No, It is not Possible to postpone/prepone journey. Note : This can be done through cancelling the original ticket and booking a fresh ticket.

Qs. 7) How can I find the most convenient pick up point for the trip??

Ans. Click on the drop down menu of the Pick-up listings on the search results page and you can access bestbus.in unique interactive map. It shows you all the possible Pick-up points in your city with detailed street maps for your convenience.

Qs. 8) How to change name of passenger??

Ans. It is not possible to change the passenger name. But this can be done online by cancelling the original ticket and booking a fresh ticket.

Qs. 9) Can partial cancellation be done??

Ans. No. You cannot cancel tickets partially. The Particular ticket has to be cancelled and you can rebook tickets that you need.

Qs. 10) Can I book the return tickets??

Ans. Yes, you can book your return tickets from our coverage cities to your source.
2. Payment Related

Qs. 1. Does online Bus Ticket Booking charge Extra??

Ans.

Well, the bus ticket price is the same whether you buy from us or from the operators/agents. In addition, we DO NOT charge any transaction or convenience fees.

Qs. 2. What is the mode of payment??

Ans.

We accept all credit cards and debit cards that EBS accepts.

  • Internet banking (Internet enabled online bank account)
  • Cash-on-delivery (available in select major cities)
  • Cash cards (ITZ cash, Done card, Oxi cash, Tick business and Zip cash)

Qs. 4. Which debit cards do you accept??

Ans.

We accept all Bank's Debit Cards & Credite Crads 

Qs. 5. Does the passenger be one of the credit card owners who purchased the ticket??

Ans.

NO, passenger need not be the exact credit card owner with which the ticket is purchased. Passenger can use any card (not necessarily their own) to purchase the ticket.


Note : The passenger in whose name the ticket is booked should carry a proof of his identity (pan card or driving license or voter id) along with the ticket at the time of boarding the bus.

Qs. 6. How does the transaction appear on my card / account statement??

Ans.

Transactions on Bus will appear as Bestbus.in or EBS in your statement depending on the payment option that you had chosen.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Qs. 1. Can I cancel the ticket online??

Ans.

Yes, you need to click on the cancel Ticket link provided on our home page. Enter your bus ticket number and the mobile number that was provided at the time of booking and click on submit/cancel ticket. Most of the cancellations can be done online depending on the date and time of departure.
Note : your amount will be credited in your account within 5-10 working(bank) days.

Qs. 2. Is there a cancellation fee??

Ans.

Yes. The cancellation fee will be levied on every bus ticket cancelled.

The cancellation fee varies based on the bus operator as well as the time before departure that a ticket is cancelled. As a general guide, the cancellation penalty usually applicable for most bookings is:

1. Your amount will be credited in your account within 7 working days.
2. Cancellation Ticket Terms Depends On Operator Cancellation Policy.
Note: Some bus operators do not allow cancellations and hence no refund is possible in such cases. Some bus operators charge higher cancellation penalties while some allow cancellation up to 4 hours before departure. Please contact any of our support centres for cancellation details on any specific service.

Qs. 3. After submitting my details and making the payment, the screen says that my booking failed. What do I do??

Ans.

You need not do anything. In case your booking fails, we will automatically refund the full amount back to your credit card/debit card/cash card/net banking account. The same will reflect in your card/bank statement within 3-10 working days. You can safely go ahead and make a fresh booking.

Note: In case of failed transaction or process you can call to the support centre
 

Qs. 4. I missed the bus. Do I get a refund??

Ans.

Our conditions state that if you miss the bus you are booked on, through no fault of the Travels, and you do not cancel your seat before the time of departure then the ticket is no longer valid and is not eligible for a refund or amendment.

Qs. 5. Can I Cancel/Transfer my e-Ticket??

Ans.

You can cancel your Ticket. But, we don't have facility to transfer it.

Qs. 1) What is Agent Login?

Ans.

If you have Agent Login, you can get Fixed Commisssion for all Bookings in all seasons without any Coupon code.

Qs. 2.) How can i take Agent Login?

Ans.
