Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Process

If a ticket is canceled, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 bank working days. The cancellation terms depend on the operator's policy, as some bus operators do not allow cancellations, resulting in no refunds in such cases. Cancellation charges also vary — some operators impose higher penalties, while others permit cancellations up to 4 hours before departure. Non-Transferability of Tickets

Once issued, bus tickets are non-transferable. If a ticket is used by someone other than the designated passenger, or presented for refund by another individual, Bestbus.in (TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) and its travel partners shall not be liable for any claims if services are rendered or refunds are processed in good faith.

Bus Type Changes

In the event that the bus operator changes the type of bus due to unforeseen circumstances, Bestbus.in (TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) shall not be held responsible for such modifications.

Transaction Authorization

As a merchant, Bestbus.in holds no liability for any loss or damage arising from the decline of transaction authorization, which may occur if the cardholder exceeds the preset limit agreed with the acquiring bank.
