• Note: If you have any out-station planning, please do not book Tickets based on the drop-off timings, because based on the day Ramoji closing timings/traffic/any other reason drop-off may get delayed.
• In case of any sudden breakdown or unforeseen incident, the Bestbus/Tour Operator will not be liable for any Compensation or damages. Notwithstanding the above, the service provider/company will initiate all possible prompt and appropriate action to recover the situation thereupon.
• All buses will depart from Ramoji after the closing only. For any individuals, bus will not Departure early. If someone wants to leave early, they have to arrange transportation on their own.

• SV Travels (Non-A/C Bus): Departure Time from Ramoji is between 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM (based on traffic/other reasons, you will be dropped at your location)
• STT Travels (A/C Bus): Departure Time from Ramoji is between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (based on traffic/other reasons, you will be dropped at your location)
• All passengers are requested to note this point before booking bus transportation according to their convenience
• If any passenger has their out-station plans or any other plans and requires early departure, it will not be possible and Bestbus/Travel Operator will not be responsible for missing any train/bus/flight/any other plan. No Refund provided if drop-off not utilized.
