Booking and Payment      
• A booking is con rmed only after receiving a payment of at least 50% of the total tour cost.      
• The balance payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.      
• We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.     

Cancellation Policy     
• If a client cancels a booking, the following cancellation charges apply      
• 25% of the total tour cost if cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure.      
• 50% of the total tour cost if cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure.      
• 100% of the total tour cost if cancelled 14 days or less prior to departure.      
• Please check the cancellation policy before booking, as it varies from package to package.      
• No refund will be provided for not usage of any tour or activity.     

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 45 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be made by the same payment method used for booking. 

NOTES

• Standard hotel check-in 3PM and check-out time 11 AM will apply as per hotel policy.  
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.   
• Local lunches will be provided as per the tour itinerary, featuring regional cuisine at selected 
• restaurants.      
• Accommodation will be arranged in well-rated 3-star hotels or similar, o ering comfortable stays 
• with basic amenities.      
• No refunds will be provided for any services that are included in the package but remain 
• unutilised by the customer for any reason.      
• In case a guest misses a scheduled SIC (Seat-in-Coach) transfer, it will be their responsibility to 
• reach the sightseeing location at their own expense.
