Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat platforms.
  2. Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  4. Handle orders, applications, refunds, and exchanges as necessary.
  5. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns efficiently.

  8. Collect feedback and suggest service improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

The candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, optimizing website content, and analyzing digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  2. Perform keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  3. Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and URLs for better search engine visibility.
  4. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  5. Support in content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  6. Assist in managing social media platforms and running paid ad campaigns.
  7. Stay updated with latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital techniques.
  8. Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends.
  9. Work with the team to execute link-building and off-page SEO tasks.
  10. Assist in email marketing, PPC, and other digital marketing tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media.
  2. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of CMS like WordPress or Shopify is beneficial.

Educational Requirements
