GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Tour
Chardham Yatra is a pilgrimage tour operated for a limited seasonal period. Many hotels operate only during this season and may not maintain the same standards as hotels operating throughout the year, even if they charge higher tariffs. Guests are advised to keep expectations moderate, especially in Barkot, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Badrinath, and Rudraprayag. In certain locations such as Kedarnath, accommodation may be available only in budget Dharamshalas.
2. Hotel Facilities in Hill Areas
Many hill area hotels may not provide facilities such as TV, AC, intercom, Wi-Fi, 24-hour power backup, or lifts. Room heaters may be chargeable. Due to terrain conditions, hotels are often built on slopes and may not have lift facilities. Guests may be allotted rooms on higher floors without lift access.
3. Air Conditioning Policy
Air conditioning will not operate in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary. In the Chardham circuit, only Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Dehradun are plain areas. AC will function only from Delhi to Rishikesh and back. It will not operate in hill regions.
4. Identity Proof
As per Government of India regulations, all Indian and foreign nationals must provide valid photo identification at check-in. Accepted documents include:

5. Check-in / Check-out
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Extra Beds
Extra beds may be provided as rollaway beds or mattresses depending on hotel policy.
7. Room Allocation
Rooms may not be on the same floor or identical in layout, even if booked under the same category. Room allocation is subject to hotel management. During peak season, room selection before check-in may not be possible.
8. Hotel Changes
In rare cases during peak season, a hotel may be changed due to operational reasons. In such cases, a similar category hotel will be provided without additional cost.
9. Vehicle Policy
If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to technical or operational reasons, a similar vehicle will be provided. In case of breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest possible time.
10. Green Card Delay
Vehicles departing from Delhi require Green Card clearance at the Uttarakhand border/Rishikesh, which may take approximately 2–3 hours.
11. Driver & Road Conditions
Due to heavy seasonal traffic, drivers may vary in experience. Road routes, parking, and traffic diversions may change frequently. Guests are requested to cooperate.
12. Night Driving Restrictions
Driving after sunset in certain hill areas may be restricted for safety reasons. Guests are advised to reach destinations before 8:00 PM.
13. Rate Fluctuations
Tour rates are subject to change due to sudden increases in fuel prices or government taxes.
14. Parking & No-Entry Zones
Parking areas may be located away from sightseeing points. Guests may need to arrange local transport at their own cost. Vehicles will not enter restricted or no-entry zones.

No refund or cancellation will be applicable in case of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

The company shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, death, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
17. Service Cancellation
Management reserves the right to cancel services if the required advance payment is not received.
18. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India only.
