About NTR Gardens:

 
NTR Gardens is a little, yet well known, open, urban stop of 55 sections of land (0.22 km2; 0.086 sq mi) adjoining Hussain Sagar lake in Hyderabad, India. Built in a few stages since 1999, the region that is prevalently a recreation center is geologically situated in the focal point of the city, and is near other vacation spots, for example, Birla Mandir, Necklace Road and Lumbini Park. It is by and by, being kept up by the Buddha Purnima Project Authority that capacities under the mandates of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

In 1999, a place where there is 5 sections of land (20,000 m2) from a 55-section of land (220,000 m2) plot was used for raising a dedication for N. T. Rama Rao, the previous Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. It was intended to additionally extend this region, which has since been alluded to as NTR Gardens, by developing an exhibition hall about N. T. Rama Rao. This remembrance was a piece of the Buddha Purnima Project that was being taken care of by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) for the beautification and improvement of the Hussain Sagar lake and its surroundings as a noteworthy vacation destination. 

In 2000, the Government of Andhra Pradesh communicated it intends to build up this territory with a few tasks such the NTR Gardens itself, a stone garden and an IMAX theater. Scarcely any days after the fact, an administration official right off the bat said that the stone garden will be taken up by Dubai-based NRIs at an expense of Rs. 27 crores. Besides the IMAX theater venture, which was said to cost Rs. 52 crore was dispensed to a private firm.
