1. General Terms and Conditions

    1. Bestbus.in is an Online Bus Ticketing Agent. Bestbus offers travellers to book bus tickets,  Ramoji Film City Entry Tickets, Telangana Tourism Packages Booking, Other Local City Sightseeing Tour Packages online right from the comfort of their home or office by providing them with choice of bus operators, departure times and prices. Bestbus does not own or operate any bus services on its own. Bestbus does not advice any specific bus operator to its customers. The choice of the bus operator is purely the discretion of the customer.
    2. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. Passengers are advised to call the bus operator contact number mentioned in the ticket and reconfirm the boarding point location and departure time on the day of journey. If the passenger did not get any contact number of the bus operator, he/she need to call the Bestbus Customer Support after Booking the ticket and should be at least 3-4 hours prior to their reporting time.
    3. Passengers are required to furnish the following details at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
      3.1. SMS of the ticket or Email. (This is widely accepted by most bus operators)
      3.2. Some operators do not accept the electronic ticket formats. We provide the details of such operators while booking tickets on Bestbus.in. In such case we request you to kindly carry a printout of the ticket.
      3.3. Proof of Identity (Driving License or Aadhar Card or Passport or PAN Card or Voter Card)
    4. Bestbus Ultimate and Assured classification of Bus Operators is done from time-to-time based on Customer’s Feedback and Surveys conducted by Bestbus. Bestbus is showing the classification for customers to make an informed decision while choosing a Bus Operator for their journey. The choice of the bus operator is purely at the discretion of the customer. The classification of Bus Operator might change depending on the service performance of bus operator.
    5. The passengers should reach at the mentioned boarding points 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
    6. Any complaints/grievances should be reported in a week’s time from date of journey performed.
    7. A booking is considered confirmed if the booking confirmation page is shown to the customer, even if SMS/Email fails to deliver for any reason.
    8. If ticket confirmation/cancellation, SMS/Email, is not sent for any reason, if reported it can be resent by our support team. SMS/Email might fail to deliver or get delayed for several reasons which are not in Bestbus's control.
    9. Payment gateway/service charges – Bestbus will not charge any additional payment gateway charge or service unless otherwise specified in the booking details page.
    10. Bestbus.in provides a platform to Insurance company to list and Advertise their services on the website and App and allows customers You (“Customer/You”) to select Insurance Policy, based on your preferences. The listing of an Insurance Policy on the website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation. Once a reservation is made, and Insurance policy is selected You are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Insurance Company.
    11. By making a booking on Bestbus.in – customer acknowledges that BestBus will Call/Email/SMS or send alerts to give/take information regarding his/her bookings.
    12. In case of any claims arising out of unforeseen consequences/exigencies, Bestbus liability would be limited to the extent of two times the value of the booking amount.
    13. The terms and conditions of our services can be amended, modified or withdrawn by Bestbus.in at any time without notice.
    14. All legal disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad (Telangana) only.

2. Bestbus Wallet Related Terms and Conditions

    1. Bestbus Wallet is non-transferable amount.
    2. Betsbus Wallet Amount is Promotional, so it can't be transfered to Bank Account.
    3. Wallet amount will be Expired after the 180 days of wallet credited.
    4. Bestbus is not responsible for your wallet amount if you share your Logins with any others.
    5. Wallet usage while booking any ticktes ism subject to Bestbus Wallet Usage Policy.
    6. Bestbus has the rights to change the Wallet usage percentage.
    7. Wallet Redemption Terms: You can redeem/utilize a maximum of 5% of the booking amount (Seat Bafe fare) . However, redemption offers keep changing from time-to-time at the discretion of Bestbus. 
    8. The above terms and conditions can be amended, modified or withdrawn by Bestbus.in at any time without notice.

3. Hyderabad City Tour Related

    1. Ticket includes Only Transportation & Tour Guide (Doesn't include any Entry Tickets, Lunch nothing)
    2. This Ticket is Valid for Round Trip (Pick-up & Dropping)
    3. Pick-Up & Dropping be will through Non-A/C Vehicle & A/C Bus starts from Birla Mandir and up to end point NTR Gardens.
    4. AC & Non-A/C passengers will be separated at Birla Mandir (First Point) according to their bus types.
    5. There may be chance to convert A/C to Non-A/C (or) Non-A/C to A/C & the difference amount will be returned/charged accordingly.
    6. If you pay only "Advance Payment", remaining due amount should be pay by CASH only to the Driver while boarding into bus.
    7. There is no Cancellation for "Advance Payment".
    8. 'Cancellation Policy' is depends on the Travel Operator, Bestbus is not Responsible changes in Policy.
    9. Pick-up timings are tentative timings, there may be delay depending on the day of Traffic. (Bestbus is not responsible for the delay in Pick-Ups & Droppings due to TRAFFIC or any other reason)
    10. Travel Operator reserve the Right to Cancel the Service (Tour) at Emergency or any reasons at that Situations Betsbus is not responsible.
    11. When the Travel Operators Cancel the Service, the Full Ticket Amount will be Refunded within 5-10 Bank Working days.
    12. During the Fastivals season, due to heavy Bookings, there may be delay in Pick-up (and Dropping also), so the Passengers requested to get in touch with the Driver Printed in Ticket and also request to Co-operate with them.
    13. Betsbus.in is not Responsible for the Late pick-up or droppoing under any circumstances.
    14. While boarding into the bus, Passngers has to show their Ticket (SMS/Email ) otherwise not allowed. (No need of Print-out)
    15. After booking successfully, if the Ticket was not Received, they has to Contact our Customer care service & Request the Ticket SMS/Email...
    16. During the Festival Season or any cases if any of the Place listed is not open on the day, that will not covred.
    17. During the Pick-up & dropping, the passngers were shifted in different buses, please co-operate with travel operator.
    18. Bestbus.in is not Responsible for the LOSS of your belongings.
    19. Bestbus in not Responsible for any Accidents if any happen (we are not hopping), bus break-downs.
    20. Entry Tickets at given in Bestbus.in were just information perpose, ther may be change in them which were not under the controle of Bestbus. (Decided by the Government)
    21. A/C will not be operated at Halting/ Parking places.
    22. As BestBus is not a Tour Operator, we are not Responsible for the Service.

4. Ramoji Film City Related (Transportation)

    1. This Ticket includes Only Transportation (Doesn't include any Entry Tickets )
    2. This Ticket is Valid for Round Trip (Pick-up & Dropping)
    3. From Pick-Up Point to Nampally(Travel Operator Head Office), Pick-Up & Dropping be will through Mini-Bus/Van that may be Non-A/C (or) A/C.
    4. AC & Non-A/C passengers will be separated at Nampally according to their bus types.
    5. There may be chance to convert A/C to Non-A/C (or) Non-A/C to A/C & the difference amount will be returned/charged accordingly.
    6. If you pay only "Advance Payment", remaining due amount should be pay by CASH only to the Driver while boarding into bus.
    7. There is no Cancellation for "Advance Payment".
    8. 'Cancellation Policy' is depends on the Travel Operator, Bestbus is not Responsible changes in Policy.

    14. During the Carnival Seasons at Ramoji, Dropping will starts after 7:30 PM or 8:00 PM
    15. As this is common sharing bus, individual pick-up & individual Droppoing (Early seperate pick-up) is not possible.
    16. During the Pick-up & dropping, the passngers were shifted in different buses, please co-operate with travel operator.
    17. Bestbus.in is not Responsible for the LOSS of your belongings.
    18. Bestbus in not Responsible for any Accidents if any happen (we are not hopping), bus break-downs.

5. Ramoji Film City Entry Ticket Related

    1. The Entry ticket fare is not under the Control of Bestus, decided by the Ramoji Film City authorities.
    2. Child Fare Condition is not under the Control of Bestbus.in
    3. There is no Cancellation once the Entry Tickets Booking and No Date Change.
    4. After entrering into the Ramoji Film City, inside the Services were totally provided by the Ramoji Film City & under the control of Ramoji Film City Only.
    5. Entry Timings were not diced by Bestbus.in
    6. Entry Fare may Increase/Decrease according to the Ramoji Film City Policies.

     

6. Online Ticket Prices Related

    • As Bestbus.in  is not a Travel/Tour Operator, Price/Tariff of the Ticket/Tour is Depends on that particular Oprator only.
    • Ticket price may Increase/Decrease According to Demand & Supply.
    • Online Booking Price may vary comapre to Physical Ticket/Direct Bookings in their physical Stores/Offices (If any)
    • Some Extra Charges will be Applicalble towords Online Booking Charges or GST or Agnet Charges
    • Bestbus.in is not responsible for Increase/Decrease in Prices.

7. Offers and Discount Coupons

    1. No two offers that are live can be combined to be redeemed.
    2. Any offer published by Bestbus or its partners can be changed without prior notice.
    3. Each offer can have its own terms and conditions. Please refer to the offers page for more details.
    4. Each Promotional Coupon will have different Validity & that may be Increase/decrease at any time.

8. BestBus Responsibilities

    1. Generation of a valid bus ticket/tour ticket through its partners/operators.
    2. Sending an SMS, Email for ticket confirmation/cancellation.
    3. Providing voice/email support for any ticket booking/cancellation/refund issues.

9. BestBus Not Responsible for

    1. Any incorrect data provided by customer while booking the ticket.
    2. Any Bus delays, breakdowns, service cancellations and accidents.
    3. Any misbehaviour by the operator staff or co-passenger.
    4. Loss/damage of baggage.
    5. Late arrival by customer at the boarding point.
    6. Customer phone not reachable, operator did not call at the boarding point and left without picking the customer.
    7. Customer waiting at wrong boarding point.
    8. Any change of seat numbers done by the bus operator manually.
    9. Operator changing the boarding point for any reason.
    10. Operator arranging a different vehicle for pickup at boarding point and boarding the actual vehicle at a different place.
    11. Operator objecting on carrying pets.
    12. Improper booking done by agent, please contact the agent directly.
    13. Operator not providing In-bus amenities/facilities mentioned while booking.
    14. Change of bus type by Bus operator for any reason.
    15. Bus fares are not controlled by BestBus, so any change in fares is not the responsibility of BestBus.
    16. The fare might vary based on the seat selected. So the fare shown in the “Search Page” and “Seat Selection Page” might vary.
    17. The rules and regulations for carrying luggages vary among bus operators. Most of the operators allow 15-20 Kgs of luggage (Bags, Suitcases) per passenger. Bus Operator has sole discretion to allow passengers to carry any other form of luggages like carton boxes etc. BESTBUS is not resposbile in case passenger is not allowed to board the bus if the luggage is inappropriate (valuable goods, explosives, carton boxes etc) to carry in the bus. Please check with bus operator directly in case any extra luggage/carton boxes etc are being carried.
    18. In Local City Sightseeing Tour Packages, BestBus does not encourage to keep their language in Tour Bus. 
    19. BestBus not responsible for Facilities provided inside Ramoji Film City (like inside bus facility, food, complementary rides and etc).
    20. BestBus is not responsible for Bus quality, facilites provied in bus for Ramoji Bus Transportation & city tour packages.
