Kanipakam is in Chittoor district and is known for a temple of Lord Ganesha in the name of Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Swamy temple. Thiruthani is a popular temple location of Sri Subramanyeswara swamy in Tamil Nadu state which is called Murugan temple. Golden Temple is in Vellore, Tamil Nadu state and was built on around 100 acres of land at the foot of the hills near Malaikudi. Kanchipuram is a temple of Goddess Kamakshi devi near Chennai. Kanchi means thorny plant and this temple was built by the Pallava Kings during their ruling period in Kanchipuram.

Srikalahasti is in Tirupati district and is known as a main shrine of Lord Shiva in the name of Srikalahasteeswara. Kanipakam & Kalahasti

Kanipakam - Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Swamy temple was built by the Chola King Khuttunga Chola I in the early 11th Century. Brahmosthavam will be celebrated every year after 21 days of Vinayaka Chavithi festival here.
Thiruthani - Temple of Sri Subrahmanyeswara Swamy and has the mount of white elephant called Airavata gifted by Lord Indra. Once the Airavata left, the wealth of Lord Indra began to decrease. Then Lord Murugan said he will return the gift, but lord Indra refused to take back the gift he made and insisted that the elephant face his direction. So, in this temple, the elephant faces the east.
Golden Temple - Golden temple in Vellore has slokas of Bhagavad Gita, bible and Quran that were quoted along the entrance to the temple. The sanctorum is here covered with a 1.5 metric tons gold sheet.
Kanchipuram - The Kamakshi temple here is one of the Ashtadasa (18) Shaktipeetas. This temple is closely associated with Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetha. This temple has a biographical gallery of Adi Shankaracharya. Amma Adisankaracharya established SriChakra in this temple.
Srikalahasti - Lord Shiva is here worshipped as Srikalahasteeswara in the form of Vayu Lingam (one of the Panchabhuta Lingas).
