The word Kodaikanal is derived from two Tamil language words Kodai means “gift” and Kanal means “forest” translating to “gift of the forest”. Munnar means “three rivers” which is a town and hill station in Idukki district of Kerala.
It is located in the Western Ghats mountain range and is also known as “South Indian Kashmir” with its nature’s beauty.
