Echo Point is a popular and charming natural attraction located on the way to Top Station near Munnar. The main attraction here is the echo effect. When you shout towards the hills near the lake, your voice comes back to you which gives an exciting experience especially for children and groups of friends. 

This natural echo makes it a unique place to visit. It is surrounded by green hills, tea gardens and a calm lake, making it very peaceful and beautiful. It's a great place for a walk, to enjoy fresh mountain air. It is located near other attractions like Mattupettu dam and Kundala Lake. So, Echo Point is often part of a sightseeing places in Munnar.

The place is also known for its amazing natural beauty. The peaceful lake, green hills, and fresh air attract nature lovers, birdwatchers and photographers. It's said that three mountain ranges namely Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala meet here. 

How To Reach

Echo point Munnar is located at a distance of around 16.7 KM from the bus stand. You can take a local bus or taxi from the bus stand. There are buses running frequently for every 30 minutes from bus stand to Echo point.
