Generic preventive measures:
The generic measures include simple public health measures that are to be followed to reduce the risk of COVID-19. These measures need to be observed by all supporting staff and tourists during tour package services at all times.
- Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
- Use of face covers/masks to be made mandatory.
- Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible like train/transport/stay etc.
- Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a Tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
- Self-Monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to Tour manager and Bestbus/Our Tour Operator helpline.

Itinerary of IR-Tours :
Day 01: Thursday
- Depart from KSR Bengaluru Railway Station by Train No. 16526 at 20:10 Hrs.
- Overnight Journey.
Day 02: Friday
- Pick up from Ernakulam Town railway station at 07:20 hrs.
- Transfer to Munnar by road.
- Check in to hotel. After fresh up visit Evening visit to Tea Museum (closes by 16:00 Hrs).
- Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 03: Saturday
- Early breakfast and morning visit to Eravikulam National Park (or) Top Station View Point.
- Afternoon Visit, Mettupetty Dam & Echo point, Kundla lake.
- Evening visit to Munnar Town for shopping.
- Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 04: Sunday
- After breakfast Check out and transfer to Alleppey.
- Check in to houseboat before 13.00 hrs and lunch, Dinner
- Overnight stay in Houseboat.
Day 05: Monday
- Check out from the House boat at 8 am, proceed to Cochin
- On arrival Visit St. Francis Church, Santa cruz Basilica Church.
- Evening drop to Ernakulam Town railway station to board train (Train No. 16525) for departure at 17.55 hours.
Day 06: Tuesday
- Arrive KSR Bengaluru City Railway Station at 06:40 hours.
