General Guidelines

You should carry an identity card (Voter Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport or any Govt. I. Card) while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (05 to 11 yrs.). Child above 11 yrs. shall be considered for an adult cost.
If any sightseeing spot remains closed due to local reason, IRCTC representative will arrange for an alternative sightseeing spot as per availability and time permissibility.
Service vouchers will be sent via email 2 days before departure or can be collected from IRCTC Zonal Office, Kolkata.
Alternate arrangements will be made in case of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
Medical attention will be arranged during sickness on tour, cost borne by tourist.
Tourists must follow the guidelines issued by IRCTC during the tour.
Tour program is subject to approval/alteration by Railway authorities.
Decision of IRCTC/EZ is final in matters regarding the tour conduct.
IRCTC may alter itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for strikes, delays, cancellations, etc.
IRCTC is not responsible for any theft or damage of luggage.
Trip operation depends on minimum passenger count.
Accepting changed arrangements or cancellation will result in refund only of IRCTC services; no refund for extra services booked personally or through agent.

Payments And Confirmation

On completion of booking and payment, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.
You will have to pay all bank charges.
IRCTC reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings without assigning any reason.

Hotels

Room categories are base category unless stated otherwise.
Final hotel confirmation is subject to availability at time of booking. Similar category hotel may be provided.
Adjacent/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and extra charges if applicable.
Room allocation (Twin/Double) is at hotel’s discretion. Check-in/check-out times as per hotel guidelines.
Meals provided as per nights booked. No breakfast on arrival day.
Rollaway bed or mattress will be provided for extra adult/child.
Early check-in, late check-out, minibar and other extras to be settled by guest directly with hotel.
Hotel has right to claim damages caused by guest.
Three persons from one family will be accommodated in one double room with extra mattress.
Child will be accommodated in the same room with parents.

Transfers And Sightseeing

Arrival/departure transfers & sightseeing as per schedule fixed by IRCTC. Waiting may be required till all guests arrive.
Vehicle is not for personal use and will be used as per itinerary schedule only.

Amendments And Force Majeure

The request for name change will be treated as fresh booking and is subject to availability. Cancellation charges apply.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel the journey at any time.
Major changes (destination/date) will be informed along with options.
If cancelled due to force majeure, there will be no refund or reimbursement of extra expenses.
