You should carry an identity card (Voter Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport or any Govt. I. Card) while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (05 to 11 yrs.). Child above 11 yrs. shall be considered for an adult cost.
If any sightseeing spot remains closed due to local reason, IRCTC representative will arrange for an alternative sightseeing spot as per availability and time permissibility.
Service vouchers will be sent via email 2 days before departure or can be collected from IRCTC Zonal Office, Kolkata.
Alternate arrangements will be made in case of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
Medical attention will be arranged during sickness on tour, cost borne by tourist.
Tourists must follow the guidelines issued by IRCTC during the tour.
Tour program is subject to approval/alteration by Railway authorities.
Decision of IRCTC/EZ is final in matters regarding the tour conduct.
IRCTC may alter itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for strikes, delays, cancellations, etc.
IRCTC is not responsible for any theft or damage of luggage.
Trip operation depends on minimum passenger count.

Room allocation (Twin/Double) is at hotel’s discretion. Check-in/check-out times as per hotel guidelines.

Rollaway bed or mattress will be provided for extra adult/child.

Transfers And Sightseeing

Amendments And Force Majeure

If cancelled due to force majeure, there will be no refund or reimbursement of extra expenses.
