Name Change & Transfer Policy

• The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability.
• All bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable.

Changes And Cancellation By IRCTC Prior To Your Departure

• IRCTC reserves the right to make changes or cancel the tour due to operational reasons.
• A significant change is defined as a change of destination or departure date.
• In such a case, you may: Accept cancellation and receive a refund (excluding independent arrangements made by you or your agent).
• In case of force majeure, there will be no refund or reimbursement of additional expenses.

Payment Terms

• 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Confirmation voucher is generated after booking and payment.
• All bank charges must be paid by you.

Surcharges

• Prices are based on known costs and airfare at the time of tour launch.
• IRCTC may impose a surcharge due to unforeseen tax increases or other uncontrollable factors.

Force Majeure

• Force majeure refers to events beyond IRCTC’s control (e.g., war, flood, earthquake, terrorism, etc.).
• No compensation or liability is accepted for disruptions caused by such events.

Our Liability To You

• IRCTC is not responsible for:
  • Your own actions or omissions.
  • Third-party issues not arranged by IRCTC.
  • Any service not arranged by IRCTC.
  • Events due to force majeure.
• No liability for:
  • Unforeseen damages or business-related losses.
  • Third-party excursions not booked through IRCTC.

Conditions Of Travel

• You must follow the tour program strictly.
• No refund for joining late, leaving early, or missing the group.
• Failure to report on time will be treated as no-show.
• Misbehavior may lead to removal from the tour with no liability or refund.

• Guests must take care of their belongings.
• Extra services not included must be paid directly.
• Damages to hotel property are guest's responsibility.
• Package is based on lowest airfare; any increase is payable by the guest.
