• The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability. Please note all bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable.
• Changes and Cancellation by IRCTC prior to your departure - The journeys are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if necessary at any point of time. We reserve the right to cancel the departure or amend the same due to certain operational reasons and conditions.
• If a force majeure situation causes cancellation, there would be no refund or reimbursement of additional expenses.
• 100% payment at the time of booking will be required.
• Confirmation tour voucher will be generated after booking and payment formalities.
• All bank charges must be paid by you.

• IRCTC will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim resulting from:
  • Acts or omissions of the affected person or party.
  • Acts or omissions of a third party not connected with your arrangements.
  • Any service or facility not arranged by us.
  • Force majeure.
• We do not accept liability for:
  • Unforeseen losses.
  • Any business losses.
  • Excursions or services not provided by us.

Conditions Of Travel

• You must follow the tour program strictly. No refunds for non-participation or early departure.
• Check-in with the company representative as scheduled.
• No refund for unutilized services.
• Misbehavior may lead to immediate removal from the tour.
• Senior citizens must undergo a medical check before booking.
• Passengers above 70 must be accompanied by a younger escort.
• Hotel check-in time is 12:00 hrs.
• Personalized service is not viable; group coordination is essential.
• All room categories are base category unless mentioned.
• IRCTC is not responsible for missing flights.
• Meals in flight are chargeable.
• Transfers and sightseeing are on shared basis.
• Check hotel website and reviews before finalizing.

Important Notes

• Reaching the airport 2 hours before flight is mandatory.
• Room allocation is at hotel's discretion. Extra beds will be rollaway or mattress.
• No seat provided for infants in airlines.
• Web check-in not allowed for group tours.
• Request for adjacent rooms subject to availability.
• Valid ID proof (preferably Aadhar) is mandatory.
• Triple occupancy includes extra mattress on floor.
• Medical fitness certificate mandatory for passengers above 55 years.
• Package rates may vary with availability and season.
• Passengers should be briefed fully before booking.

Ladakh Travel Guidelines

• Take full rest on first day in Leh for acclimatization.
• Consult your doctor for BP or mountain sickness issues.
• AMS symptoms: headache, sleep issues, nausea, breathlessness, etc.
• Medication: Diamox 250 mg (consult doctor before use).
• Maintain hydration. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
• Avoid over-exertion and ascend slowly.
• Mobile networks work only in limited areas.
• No ATMs, fuel stations at Pangong.
• Limited electricity and amenities in remote areas like Nubra and Pangong.
• Camps have basic facilities; no electric kettles, no WiFi in remote zones.
• Meals are fixed buffet style. Timings: Breakfast 07:00–09:00, Dinner 19:30–22:00.
