Surcharges

• The prices shown are based on known costs and airfare at the time of tour launching the tour and IRCTC does not expect to have to make any changes.
• In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or factors beyond control, IRCTC reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

Force Majeure

• ‘Force majeure’ means any event which IRCTC / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
• Events include disruptions/diversions of air services, floods, earthquakes, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire, and similar events beyond control.
• We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where our obligations are affected by force majeure.

Our Liability To You

• IRCTC will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or claim arising from:
  • The act(s) or omission(s) of affected person(s) or their party.
  • The act(s) or omission(s) of third parties unrelated to the arrangement.
  • Any service or facility not arranged by us.
  • 'Force majeure' as defined above.
• No liability for:
  • Unforeseen losses based on the information given at booking.
  • Business losses.
  • Excursions or travel services not arranged by us.

Conditions Of Travel

• You must strictly follow the tour program. No refund for late joiners, early departures, or no-shows.
• You must register with the company representative at the designated time and location.
• No refund for any unutilized services.
• Improper behavior causing distress or damage may result in removal from the tour without liability.

Flight

• Guests should do Web Check-in / Pre-Book Seats within 48 hours via airline websites.
• Reach the airport at least 2 hours before departure. IRCTC is not responsible for missed flights.
• In-flight food and beverages are chargeable. No seat for infant.
• Reconfirm departure terminal and schedule before going to airport.
• IRCTC is not responsible for flight schedule changes or cancellations that affect the itinerary.
• Any increase in airfare/taxes will be borne by the customer.
• Accommodation is the best among available options.
• Final confirmation is subject to availability; similar category may be provided.
• Dormitory provided in Kedarnath.
• Room allocation is hotel’s discretion. Check-in/check-out is 12 to 12 noon.
• Meals correspond to nights booked. No breakfast on day of arrival.
• Adjoining rooms are subject to availability.
• Extra adult/child may be provided with rollaway/mattress.
• Guests are liable for damages in hotel rooms.
• Early check-in/late check-out charges are payable directly.
• Buffet meals are served at fixed venues/timings. Please confirm buffet timing at check-in.
• Menu items may repeat but efforts are made to avoid this.
• Additional services not included must be paid directly.

Transfers

• Transfers and sightseeing are on SIC (seat-in-coach) basis by A/C vehicle.
• A/C may not operate in hilly terrain beyond Haridwar.
• Transfers and tours follow a fixed schedule. Some airport wait time may occur.

Documents

• Carry a government-issued identity card (Voter ID, DL, PAN, Passport).
• Original photo ID and age proof is mandatory for all passengers including children.
• Above 11 years considered adult for cost purposes.
• Take care of personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.

Additional Notes

• Website itineraries are proposed; may be revised by IRCTC or local operators.
• Package cost is based on lowest airfare. Increases in taxes/airfare are payable by client.
• No refund for unused services.
• Tour prices may change due to peak season, surcharges, or major events.
• Guests should get a full briefing before/after booking to avoid confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personal expenses, theft, or accidents.
• Medical attention will be arranged, cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Natural calamities or disruption costs to be borne by tourist.
• Follow guidelines issued by IRCTC/WZ during tour. Intervention is not allowed.
• IRCTC reserves the right to alter itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like strikes, train delays, calamities, etc.
• Management is not responsible for theft or damage of luggage.
