• The visit to sightseeing places is subject to weather & road conditions.
• In hotels for an extra Adult/Child, Rollaway bed/mattress/sofa cum bed shall be provided as per hotel policy.

Health advisory

• Senior citizen passenger must get their medical check-up before **booking** the tour.
• Passengers above age of 75 are required to accompany by an escort/family member of younger age.

Hotel policy and service details

• Hotel Check in time is 1200 noon.
• Being a group tour, personalized service is not viable. Hence, please converge with the group.
• Above rates are subject to availability.
• **Cancellation** charges as per company policy.
• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to availability at the time of **booking**, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before departure. IRCTC will not be responsible for missing flights by the guest.
• In low-cost carriers, food and beverages are available on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and flight schedule from the airline before leaving for airport.
• Web check-in can’t be done for group tours.
• Transfers and sightseeing are on SIC/shared basis by A/C vehicle.
• Arrival/departure transfers & sightseeing provided as per schedule fixed by hotel/IRCTC Office/DMC. This may require waiting at the airport.
• Requests for adjacent/adjoining rooms may be considered by Tour Manager subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry age proof for children and infants. Child above 11 yrs is considered as adult.
• Airlines don’t offer seats to infants.
• Room allocation (Twin/Double) is at hotel’s discretion. Check-in time is 1400 Hrs, check-out 1200 Hrs. Breakfast not provided on day of arrival.
• Extra Adult/Child will be accommodated with Rollaway or mattress in case of triple occupancy.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are chargeable and payable by guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim damages incurred by any guest.
• Guests are requested to take care of personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• **Airfare** and taxes calculated as on mentioned date; any increase will be borne by customer.
• For flight changes/diversions/cancellations by airline, IRCTC is not responsible. If it affects itinerary, client needs to accommodate accordingly.
• Cost of services not included in package must be paid directly at hotel.
• To avail arrival transfers, check for hotel/IRCTC placard at airport.
• Buffet meals at fixed venue decided by hotel.
• Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs | Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
• Post-buffet timing, hotel may charge for meals.
• IRCTC requests you to check hotel websites and reviews before finalizing the tour.
• Package cost calculated on lowest class **airfare**. Any increase to be borne by client.
• Itinerary on website is a proposed holiday outline.
• Price changes will be communicated before final confirmation.
• No **refund** for un-utilized services.
• Tour prices subject to change during peak season/events/fairs etc.
• Passenger should get full briefing about tour from IRCTC to avoid confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personal expenses, boating, theft, porterage etc.
• Any other terms may apply as decided by IRCTC.
• Queue up during boarding and check-in. Give seats to handicapped and older people. Do not request specific seats or rooms.
• Adhere to time announced by Tour Manager. If late, guest must reach next destination at own cost.
• Be calm, avoid arguments, speak politely to others including staff and officers.
• Itinerary may change due to natural calamities or other events. Extra cost to be borne by tourist.
• Valid photo ID proof needed during ticket **booking** and travel.
• Medical expenses to be borne by passenger if required.
• In case of cash payment above INR 25000, PAN Card copy required.
• Double or twin room allocation is at hotel’s discretion.
• Unethical or indecent behaviour abroad that harms India’s image is prohibited.

Our liability to you

• IRCTC will not be responsible for injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense etc. due to:
• 1. Act/omission of affected person or their party.
• 2. Act/omission of third party not linked with IRCTC.
• 3. Services not arranged by IRCTC or ‘force majeure’ conditions.
• We do not accept **liability** for unforeseen losses, business losses or third-party excursions booked separately.

Conditions of travel

• You must strictly follow the tour program.
• No **refund** for failing to join group at beginning, joining later, or leaving before tour ends.
• You must register with IRCTC representative at appointed time and place, else considered as no-show.
• No **refund** for any unutilized services.
• Misbehaviour or causing distress may result in being asked to leave the tour without **refund**.

Rules & regulations

• Management has right to alter itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic, public agitation, etc.
• Management is not **liable** for accidents, theft, damage of luggage etc.
• Tour is subject to minimum passenger **booking**.
• Infant tickets required for children below 2 years.
• No **refund** for flight tickets.
