Note 2: If less bookings (less than 15 seats) service may get cancelled and full amount refunded or if passenger interested to postpone, journey date will be changed without any extra charges.
In case of any sudden breakdown or unforeseen incident, the Bestbus/Tour Operator will not be liable for any compensation or damages. Not withstanding the above, the service provider/company will initiate all possible prompt and appropriate action to recover the situation there upon.
