Bestbus provides a tour package to Munnar, Thekkady, Kumarakom, Alleppey and Cochin from Kochi and Ernakulam. It is a trip for three nights and four days that starts by picking up passengers from Kochi Airport and Ernakulam Railway Station. We will go to Munnar to visit tea plantations, Mettupetty Dam and Echo Point and stay for the night. On day 2, we will see Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum and travel to Thekkady. Day 3 will be a boat ride in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and a trip to Kumarakom/Alleppey with houseboat check-in and cruise along the backwaters. On day 4, we will move to Cochin to see Dutch Palace, Jews Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica Church and Lulu Shopping Mall and we will drop at Ernakulam Railway Station or Kochi Airport. This package includes a vehicle for sightseeing and food & accommodation services.
This package is operated on Daily basis and Package starts from Kochi Airport/Ernakulam Railway Station. So this package is suitable for all guests all over from India.

Itinerary of IR-Tours :
Day 1: Ernakulam - Munnar
- Pick up from Ernakulam railway station/Cochin Airport.
- Transfer to Munnar by road.
- After lunch visit the tea plantations, Mettupetty Dam & Echo Point (closes by 16:30 Hrs.).
- Evening at leisure for shopping at Munnar Town.
- Overnight stay at hotel in Munnar.
Note: Covering all sightseeing in Day 1may be possible only if Guest/Tourist(s) arrive(s) Ernakulam advisably in the/by morning/forenoon.
Day 2: Munnar - Thekkady
- After breakfast visit Eravikulam National Park & Tea Museum (Closed on Monday).
- Check out from the hotel and transfer to Thekkady.
- On arrival, check in to the hotel at Thekkady.
- Overnight stay at hotel in Thekkady.
Day 3: Thekkady - Kumarakom/Alleppey
- Enjoy the morning boat ride in the lake of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
- Transfer back to the hotel.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kumarakom/Alleppey.
- Check-In at houseboat. Lunch on board. Cruise along the backwaters.
- Dinner & overnight stay in Houseboat.
[Cruise timing: -12:00 Hrs to 13.30Hrs. Then 30 minutes break for lunch, again cruising from 15.00 hrs till 17:30 Hrs. Thereafter boat will be tugged at a designated area on the bank of lake. Cruising after 17:30 Hrs till is not permitted as per the law. Next day morning cruising from 08:00 Hrs 09: 00 Hrs afterwards check-out from the houseboat and drop at Kumarakom/Alleppey Boat Jetty after the breakfast].
Day 04: Kumarakom/Alleppey - Cochin
- Check out from hotel & proceed to Cochin,
- On arrival Visit Dutch Palace (closed on Friday), Jews Synagogue (closed on Saturday & Friday afternoon session), St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica Church,
- After lunch visit Lulu shopping mall.
- Evening drop to Ernakulam railway station/Cochin Airport.
