Exemptions:

• Fully vaccinated asymptomatic passengers are exempted from negative RT-PCR if vaccination certificate is provided.
• Passengers below 5 years are exempt.

• Rollaway bed/Mattress provided for extra adult/child.
• Tour vehicle based on number of adults booked.

• Name change treated as new booking with cancellation policy applied.

Changes & Cancellation:

• We may cancel or amend departures due to operational reasons.
• Significant change includes destination or departure date.
• If cancelled, refund only for IRCTC-provided services.
• No refund for force majeure situations.
• 100% payment at time of booking required.
• Confirmation voucher generated upon booking & payment.
• Pan Card needed for cash payments above INR 25000/-.

Our Liability To You:

• IRCTC not responsible for injury, illness, death, or other claims due to:
  • Acts/omissions by affected person or group.
  • Acts/omissions by unrelated third parties.
  • Force majeure situations.
• IRCTC not liable for losses not foreseeable during booking.
• No liability for services not arranged by IRCTC.

Conditions Of Travel:

• No refund for missed, partial or early exit from tour.
• Must register with IRCTC rep at specified time/location.
• Unutilized services not refundable.
• Guests causing nuisance or danger may be removed from tour.
• IRCTC not liable for such guests thereafter.
