Note: 

• IRCTC will not be responsible for any kind of emergency such as train delays, landslide, strike, curfew, accidents, and injuries, delayed or cancelled train etc.
• Please reach the Railway Station atleast 30 mins before the departure of the Train. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of Trains by the tourist.
• Passengers are requested to check the latest schedule of both onward & return journey trains and board the train accordingly. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of Trains by the tourist due to change in Train schedules.
• Onboard meals in the train are chargeable.
• No berths/ seats/ bed will be provided to Infants/ Children below 5 years
• Please carry valid photo identity cards in original during your travel and for hotel check in formalities.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children below 11 yrs)
• Room category of hotel are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (Twin bed /Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. Check in time as per hotel policy.
• Tourist's cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
• Early check in/late checkout is subject to the discretion of the hotel. For early check in and late check out, payment is to be settled directly to the hotel by the tourist.
• Maximum one extra person per room allowed. If extra bed required for child below 11yrs, extra adult charges are applicable.
• Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Hotel has the right to claim any damages caused by the tourists during the stay at the hotel.
• Cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, are to be settled directly to the hotel.
• Buffet meals will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Tourists may check the buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.
•  Tourists are advised to go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews before finalizing the tour.
• It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services.
• Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in train timings/diversions/cancellation by the railway, IRCTC will not be responsible. If such changes further affects the sightseeing/Itinerary, tourists need to accommodate it accordingly.
• Sightseeing of all the places is subject to time availability.
• IRCTC has rights to change the itinerary & timings according to the feasibility of the package.
• Tariffs are subject to change.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any natural or social calamities

• Tourists should get full briefing about the tour package from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.

1. Covering all sightseeing places are subject to time availability, weather & road conditions. All sightseeing places are subject to opening of tourist destinations and time availability.
2. Package operation is subject to government guidelines at the destinations.
3. The itinerary of the package is indicative only and handling agency reserves the right to change itinerary during operation of the tour due to local circumstances.
4. Opening of Wild Life Sanctuaries/ National Parks are subject to the discretion of the Forest Dept.
5. Allotted time slots by any facility/tourist attraction/activity should be followed by all tourists for the convenience of service providers and other tourists.
6. Standard Check In & Check out time 12.00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the availability. Mostly hotels observe 1300 to 1500 check-in time and check-out time is normally 1000 to 1100 hrs.
7. Early check in / late check-out is subject to the discretion of the hotel.
8. Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
9. Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
10. Most of the hotels provide twin bedroom, double bedroom is subject to availability. Wherever extra bed has been stated it means only rollaway bed.
11. For Extra Adult and Child with bed booking, Roll away bed /Mattress will be provided at Hotels.
12. Tour Vehicle will be allotted based on number of adults booked for the tour.
13. Category of the vehicle will be decided as per the group size.
14. IRCTC will not be responsible for any type of natural or social calamities.
15. IRCTC will not be responsible if the tourists do not abide by the safety guidelines and get penalized by concern authorities for violating the same.
