Changes And Cancellation:

• The journeys are planned well in advance. IRCTC reserves the right to make changes to the programme if necessary.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the departure due to operational reasons.
• Significant changes involve a change in destination or date of departure. You will be informed accordingly.
• You will be given options:
  1. Accept the changed arrangements
  2. Cancel and get a refund of the payment remitted
  3. No refund for pre/post accommodations, excursions, etc.
  4. In a 'force majeure' situation, there will be no refund or reimbursement of additional expenses.

• On completion, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.
• You must pay all bank charges.
• For cash payments above ₹25000, PAN card copy is required.

Conditions Of Travel

• You must strictly follow the tour program.
• No refund for failure to join or leaving early from the group.
• You must register at the appointed date, time, and place.
• No refund for unutilized services.
• Misbehavior causing annoyance or danger can lead to removal from the tour. 
• Passengers above 75 years must be accompanied by a younger escort/family member.
• Hotel check-in time is 14.00 hrs (2 PM).
• As this is a group tour, personalized service is not feasible.

• Carry age proof for children (02–11 yrs) and infants (below 02 yrs).
• Children above 11 yrs will be charged adult rates.
• Infants are not allotted airline seats.
• Room type allocation is hotel’s discretion (Twin/Double).
• Check-in 14:00 hrs and Check-out 11:00 hrs.
• Meals correspond to nights booked; no breakfast on arrival day.
• Extra adults/children may get rollaway bed/mattress.
