• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Airline seat availability is subject to booking time. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client.

Conditions Of Travel

• You must strictly follow the tour program.
• There would be no refund if you fail to join, join late, or leave early from the group.
• You are responsible to register with the company representative on the scheduled date/time. Failure will be treated as a no-show.
• No refund for any unutilized services.
• Misbehavior or actions causing annoyance or danger may result in immediate removal from the tour. The company is not liable in such cases.

Travel Documents And Clearances

• You must hold valid travel documents, medical insurance, and statutory clearances for the tour.
• Passport must be valid for at least six months after the scheduled return date.
• Visa and immigration approvals are solely at the discretion of respective governments.
• IRCTC is not liable for delays, denials, or costs due to visa or immigration issues.
• Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund; operator fees remain payable.
• Non-refundable deposits will be forfeited if travel is denied for such reasons.

Extra Bed

• Three persons of one family will be accommodated in one double room with an extra bed.
• Child will be accommodated in the same room with parents.

• Hotel check-in time is between 02.00 pm - 04.00 pm; check-out between 10.00 am - 12.00 noon.
• Special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking/non-smoking room are subject to availability and hotel policy.
• Confirmed rooms are normally Standard Category unless specified otherwise.
• Hotel ratings and facilities vary by country.
• Package is non-refundable after confirmation.
• Hotels may change based on availability.
• General breakfast timing in Nepal hotels is 06.00 - 10.00 am.
• Airfares and taxes are subject to change; any increase will be borne by the customer.
• Ensure your passport is valid for 6+ months beyond your stay or carry original voter ID.
• 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• After booking and payment, a tour voucher will be generated.
