- Refund/Cancellation as per IRCTC policy.
- No refund against partial services eg. Short termination of tour program, monument closed in case of emergency situation.
- No refund is applicable for any unforeseen event directly interfering with operation such as war, insurrection, restraint imposed by government, act of legislature or other authority, explosion, accident, strike, riots, lockout, act of public enemy, act of god and sabotage during the tour period.
- No changes in itinerary permissible other than the itinerary specified.
