Ramoji Film City Tour

Entry into the Ramoji Film City by purchasing any of the packages available
Note: Purchase of Regular or Premium/Star Experience package is mandatory
Experience of the film city varies for Regular and Premium/Star experience packages
Passengers are taken to the film city sightseeing, rides, shopping, entertainment shows, movie shoot locations, theatres shows and many more
Lunch: A classic buffet lunch (veg and non-veg) is provided only for Star experience package passengers and normal package passengers can explore the wide range of restaurants present in the film city
Closing Time: Ramoji Film City day tour will be ended by 5:30 pm

Drop

Passengers are requested to reach the exit gate for getting dropped in their respective selected boarding points
During Normal days, buses leaves from Ramoji after 6 to 7 PM (approximately).
During the carnival season, buses leave from Ramoji after closing Ramoji around 9:00 to 9:30 PM (approximately).
Important Note: At morning time, after reaching Ramoji, driver will announce the Evening Bus Departure Time. So, we request all passengers to be reach on-time without fail. Incase they fail to reach on-time, bus will not wait because other co-passengers can not wait and they may get serious for the delay on bus driver.
Note: If you have any out-station planning, please do not book tickets based on the Drop-off timings, because based on the day Ramoji Closing timings/traffic/any other reason drop-off may delay.

If only entry tickets are booked on Bestbus: Only entry ticket package of Ramoji is included not the Car/Bus transportation service
If booked both on Bestbus: Bus pick up and drop off services from Hyderabad to Ramoji and Ramoji to your boarding points in Hyderabad (Two way/) and also entry tickets are included in this package

If only Bus transportation is booked on Bestbus: Entry tickets are excluded in the package
If only entry tickets are booked on Bestbus: Car/Bus transportation services are not available or excluded
If booked both on Bestbus: Nothing is excluded you get both bus pick up and drop off services from Hyderabad to Ramoji and Ramoji to your boarding points in Hyderabad (Two way/) and also entry tickets are included in this package

In case of any sudden breakdown or unforeseen incident, the Bestbus/Tour Operator will not be liable for any Compensation or damages. Notwithstanding the above, the service provider/company will initiate all possible prompt and appropriate action to recover the situation thereupon.
All buses will depart from Ramoji after the closing only. For any individuals, bus will not Departure early. If someone wants to leave early, they have to arrange transportation on their own.
During rainy or cold days, if some passengers request the driver to turn off the A/C, kindly co-operate with the driver or discuss with co-passengers. Kindly do not blame the driver or Bestbus. This is totally based on mutual understanding.
Changing of visit date is not possible once the ticket is confirmed.
Entry Ticket cancellation is based on Ramoji Film City policies, and it will take time to Refund for cancellations.
Bestbus will not be responsible for any natural or social calamities.
Note: Based on the bookings received for respective journey date, will arrange the 12/22/40/50 seating bus according to availability. In that case, seat numbers may change.
