  • If bookings are made online, refunds or cancellations will be as per the rules of TTDC. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card, debit card, or bank account as used at the time of booking
  • No refund will be allowed if the tourist misses the coach or cancels the journey after the coach's departure
  • Cancellation charges: between 24 hours and 48 hours: 50%; after 48 hours: 25
  • Before 24 hours, only one postponement or preponement is permitted, subject to seat availability and tour operation
  • If one postponement or preponement is availed of, no further postponement, preponement, or cancellation is allowed
  • Every cancellation will incur a 2% transaction fee
  • 10% GST will be levied for cancellation charges
  • Discounts or concessions are not eligible for Tirupati tours and rail-road tours
  • Tours will be operated subject to the availability of a minimum of 10 tickets
  • All discounts and concessions will be extended only after the completion of the tour
