Flight

• Guests are advised to do the Webcheck-in/ Pre- Book Seat within 48 hours of Departure through respective airline Website.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest. In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis. In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.

Accommodation

• Accommodation offered by IRCTC Ltd is the best amongst the available options at the destination.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided. (Dormitory accommodation will be provided in Dharamshala at Kedarnath).
• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked.
• Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue during the course of operations. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings with IRCTC Tour Manager / Tour Coordinator. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
• It is to be categorically mentioned that, menu at times may get repeated during Dinner in the course of Tour Duration. However every possible effort is being initiated to ensure that no food repetition is faced by the tourists availing these Yatra Packages.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• Timings: Kindly check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.

Transfers

• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle. However AC of the vehicle will not work beyond Haridwar due to hilly terrains.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However, this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.

Documents

• Guests should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
• It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 years) and infant (below 02yrs). Child above than 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

Note:

• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline. IRCTC or the Local Tour Operators reserve the right to amend the same during the course of operations.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client. The package Price is subject to change without prior notice.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention.
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time.
• Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
• The decision of IRCTC/WZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
• IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period.
• Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage.

Our Liability To You:

• IRCTC will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description which results from:
• the act(s) and / or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party;
• the act(s) and / or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable;
• any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or force majeure as defined above.
• Darshan at the temples are subject to local conditions and crowd management at the respective sites. IRCTC shall not be responsible for missed Darshan due to heavy crowding or unforeseen local circumstances.

Documents We Don't Accept Liability For:

• Any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you
• Any business losses.
• Excursions or other tours or any other travel services taken and paid for by you which have not been provided by us whilst you are on our tour. In such instances, your contract will be with the operator / supplier of the excursion or tour or travel services and not with us.

Conditions Of Travel::

• You will have to strictly follow the tour program.
• There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever.
• You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so.
• Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services.
• You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travelers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travelers or others.
• In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately.
• The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
