After reaching Srinagar airport, you have to take an on road transport to reach either of the places Pahalgam or Baltal which are the routes to make Amarnath Yatra.
From there, you can trek or take a helicopter ride to reach the auspicious Amarnath Ice formed Shiva Linga temple. From Srinagar airport to Baltal or Pahalgam the journey takes around 3 to 5 hours and you have to travel by road. From there, you can trek or take a helicopter ride to reach Amarnath.
There is no regular direct train from Hyderabad to Jammu, so you need to travel via multiple stations. Take a train from Hyderabad to Delhi and from Delhi, take a train to Jammu. This is the most reliable and commonly used route. Once you reach Jammu railway station, you need to travel to Baltal or Pahalgam by road and start trekking from either of the starting points. The Pahalgam route is the traditional route and slightly longer, covering around 40 KM and usually taking 3 days to complete the trek.
