Kudroli Gokarnanatha temple is also called as Gokarnanatheshwara temple iwhich is situated in Kudroli, Mangalore. It was spiritually inaugurated by Narayana Guru, a philosopher, spiritual leader & social reformer in India.
This temple is dedicated to Gokarnanatha, a form of Lord Shiva. It was built in 1912 and is now accepted as "Aadi" by the Billava community. It ha sgopuram decorated with murals(artistic displays) of various gods and goddesses.
History:
Narayana Guru with his experience in spirituality suggested Billavas to help in building the temple of their deity, lord Shiva. Adhyaksha Koragappa was a very well known businessman in Mangalore. On the arrival of Shri Narayana Guru in Mangalore, Adhyaksha Koragappa gave him a horse-driven carriage to select a suitable place for a temple.
Narayana Guru between places Mulihothilu and Kudroli, selected Kudroli. Koragappa then gave the necessary land and funds to build this temple in 1912 seeking blessings & spiritual guidance of Shri Narayana Guru. The Shiva lingam which was being worshiped in the temple was brought by Sri Naarayana Guru himself.

Lady Hill is the nearest bus stop situated at a distance of around 1.7 KM from the temple. Mangalore bus stand is 2.6 KM away from the temple. You can take a local bus like 1B to halt at Lady Hill bus stop from bus stand. Else, you can 16 & 16 A buses to halt at Kudroli from bus stand.
