Ramanarayanam is a temple located on Korukonda road in Vijayanagaram and is at the shortest distance to Visakhapatnam. This structure was built by the sons of Sri Narayana Narasimha Murthy the founders and administratiors of the NCS Charitable Trust of Vijayanagaram. The inauguration ceremony was held with elaborate display on March 22, 2014.
It was built on an area of 15 acres and was developed as a spiritual center. It was built in the shape of a bow and there is a 60 ft high statue of Anjaneya swamy in the middle of it. The parts of Valmiki Ramayana were divided into 72 episodes and 72 statues were installed related to them.
They were arranged in such a way that by standing at the respective statues, one can learn about that episode in Telugu, English and Hindi languages. When visitors want to know about the respective statues , they are given the opportunity to choose the language they want.
In this building, there is a Vedic school has been set up under the support of TTD with 11 classrooms. A 2 acres of land was donated by NCS Charitable Trust Chairman Sri Narayana Narasimha Murthy. In this, 90 students are studying Samaveda. They have the opportunity to be provided jobs in TTD after completing their degrees.
Vijayanagaram bus stand is located at a distance of around 5.7 KM from the temple. You can reach the temple by taking a local auto or bus from the bus stand.
