• Carry valid government ID proof.
• Rates are valid only for the above-mentioned dates & 20 Pax; any change in passenger count will affect the package cost.

• Vehicle will operate on a point-to-point basis only. A/C will not operate in hilly regions.

Important Snow Note (Gulmarg): In case of heavy snowfall, if vehicles are not allowed, chained vehicles from Tangmarg to Gulmarg need to be hired at additional cost (approx. ₹3,500 per vehicle as per union rules).

Important Note (Pahalgam): Union cab charges extra — approx. ₹3,500 per vehicle (up to 6 passengers, Tavera/Sumo type).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Kindly carry your address proof while travelling; international guests must carry a passport. Without valid ID, entry to certain places may not be permitted — the company will not be responsible in such cases.
• We do not recommend any emporium, shop, or eating joint. Any item purchased or consumed is at the sole discretion of the traveller.
• The management reserves the right to make amendments en route or skip destinations to attend to any contingency.
• Please purchase entrance tickets directly at monuments; our fare does not include these charges.
• Conveyance charges from the vehicle alighting point to monuments/places (where the vehicle cannot go due to traffic regulations) are to be borne by the tourists.
• The company is not responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings during hotel stay or the journey.
• Vehicle air-conditioning operates during the summer season only and will not be operated in hill areas.
• No refund for mechanical trouble en route, landslides, or any reason beyond the company's control.
• As per government directive, tourists must provide photo ID (driving licence / voter ID / passport) at hotel check-in.
• Reservations are guaranteed subject to confirmation and advance payment from the guest.
• In case of change in government taxes or fuel charges, the company reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• Heavy rain, landslides or government restrictions may affect or cancel sightseeing/activities — no refund will be initiated in such cases.
• The company is not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, road blocks, or bad weather.

• Above rates are not valid on long weekends, festivals, or New Year.
• Jurisdiction: Place of arbitration / jurisdiction will be Delhi.

PAYMENT POLICY

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour package price is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 15 days before the tour departure date.
• For last-minute bookings made within 10 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Flight / Train / Bus or other tickets must be paid for in full, in advance.
