• Please ensure you carry a valid address proof while traveling, especially when visiting the Taj Mahal. International guests must have a valid passport and visa for India. If address proof or a passport is not provided at the Taj Mahal entrance, entry may be denied. In such cases, Agra One will not be held responsible.
• BestBus and the operator are not responsible for the quality, hygiene, or pricing of food and beverages at any Dhaba, hotel, or restaurant.
• We do not recommend any specific emporium, shop, or shopping mall. Any purchases made or items consumed will be entirely at the discretion of the ticket holder.
• Seat numbers and ticket availability will be confirmed only after the full and final payment has been received. Please note that seat allocation is at the sole discretion of the service provider.
• We do not encourage any Pandit fee/Dakshina or donations at temples.
• Any disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court.
• In case of an unexpected breakdown or unforeseen incident, the operator and BestBus will not be liable for compensation or damages. However, the service operator will take prompt action to address the situation.
• The operator and BestBus will not be responsible for any stolen luggage or damages that occur during the journey. Nonetheless, the operator will assist in every possible way to resolve the situation.
• Due to traffic restrictions and overcrowding in Vrindavan, the visit to certain temples may change at the discretion of the tour operator's management.
• The onboard Guest Relation Executive will provide on-board services only and will be with the tour group for the entire duration. External guiding and facilitation are not included in the tour package and will incur additional costs, as arranged by individuals or groups.
• BestBus and the operator are not liable for any refunds or compensation due to bus movement restrictions or denial of entry to Mathura or Vrindavan by city authorities or traffic police.
• On special festival days, access to Vrindavan and Mathura may be restricted.
