Important Information & Travel Notes

Mathura & Vrindavan Temple Visit

• Visits are subject to crowd conditions, temple timings, security restrictions and permission from local authorities.
• Due to heavy rush, festivals, special occasions, VIP movements, security restrictions or traffic regulations, the bus may not be permitted to enter certain areas.
• The Volvo bus may be required to stop at designated parking areas. Guests may need to use e-rickshaws, autos or other local transportation at their own cost.
• The company/booking agency cannot guarantee darshan or entry into any temple.
• Temple entry/darshan is subject to the rules and regulations of the respective temple authorities.

Timing & Itinerary

• All timings are approximate and may change depending on traffic, road conditions, queues, security checks, weather and local conditions.
• This is a same-day long-distance tour; guests should be prepared for a long journey.
• Guests must follow reporting and departure timings to avoid delays for the group.
• If a guest fails to report at the designated boarding point on time, the vehicle may depart without the guest. No refund will be provided for missed departures due to late arrival.

Monument & Temple Closures

• Sightseeing is subject to the opening/closing days and timings of monuments and temples.
• If any monument, temple or attraction is closed due to weekly closure, festival, VIP movement, security restriction, government order, strike, bandh or any other reason, the itinerary may be modified or the attraction may be skipped.
• No refund or partial refund will be applicable for attractions that cannot be visited due to circumstances beyond the company's control.

Vehicle Restrictions

• The Volvo bus may not be permitted in certain restricted, congested or religious areas.
• Guests may be required to walk or use local e-rickshaws/autos where large vehicles are restricted.
• Any local transportation required due to such restrictions will be at the guest's own cost.

Dan/Dakshina & Religious Offerings

• Any Dan, Dakshina, donation, religious offering or temple contribution is completely voluntary and shall be paid directly by the guest.
• The company/booking agency is not responsible for any demand, payment or dispute related to Dan/Dakshina, donations or religious offerings.
• Guests are advised not to make any payment unless they voluntarily wish to do so.

Shopping

• Shopping stops are optional.
• The company/booking agency does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, price or return/exchange policy of products purchased by guests.
• Shopping transactions are strictly between the guest and the shop/vendor.

Terms & Conditions

1. Tour timings are indicative and may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions, sightseeing queues or operational reasons.
2. The company reserves the right to modify, rearrange, skip or reschedule sightseeing to ensure smooth operation of the tour.
3. In case of heavy traffic, road closure, accident, strike, bandh, flood, heavy rain, natural calamity, political disturbance, government restriction, security issue or other unforeseen circumstances, the company shall not be held responsible for delays or itinerary changes.
4. If any sightseeing point cannot be covered due to reasons beyond the company's control, no refund or partial refund shall be applicable.
5. Mathura and Vrindavan temple visits are subject to crowd conditions, temple timings and local authority/security permissions. The company does not guarantee temple darshan.
6. The company does not guarantee that the Volvo bus will be permitted to enter all areas of Mathura and Vrindavan. Local e-rickshaw/auto transportation may be required at the guest's own cost.
7. Guests must follow instructions of the driver, tour coordinator and local authorities.
8. Guests are responsible for personal belongings, mobile phones, cameras, jewellery, luggage and valuables. The company will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
9. Guests must maintain appropriate behaviour and follow the rules of monuments, temples, restaurants and other places visited.
10. Alcoholic beverages, smoking and prohibited items are not permitted inside the vehicle or at places where prohibited by law or local regulations.
11. Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification wherever required.
12. Children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.
13. The company/booking agency is not responsible for injury, illness, accident or medical emergency arising during the tour. Guests are advised to take appropriate personal travel/medical insurance.
14. Additional expenses due to medical emergencies, vehicle breakdown, route diversion, natural calamity, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest unless specifically covered under the package.
15. Additional sightseeing, deviation, waiting time, local transportation or service not mentioned in the package will be charged separately.
16. The vehicle will operate according to the planned itinerary. Personal deviations or changes requested by guests may be subject to additional charges and vehicle availability.
17. The company reserves the right to change the vehicle type, route or boarding/drop-off arrangement due to operational requirements, while making reasonable efforts to maintain the planned transportation service.
18. The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic jams, road accidents, road closures, vehicle restrictions, weather conditions, government regulations, security checks or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
19. If a guest misses the bus at any sightseeing point or designated departure location, the guest will be responsible for arranging transportation to the next point or return location at their own expense.
20. Complaints should be brought to the attention of the tour coordinator/booking agency during the tour wherever possible so reasonable corrective action can be attempted.
21. The company is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays or service quality of third-party providers such as restaurants, local guides, e-rickshaw/auto operators, monument authorities or temple authorities.
22. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of applicable payment.
23. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be as per the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Once a booking becomes non-refundable, no refund shall be payable.
24. No-show: No refund will be provided for guests who fail to report at the designated boarding point at the scheduled departure time.
25. In case of unavoidable cancellation or modification by the service provider due to circumstances beyond control, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative arrangement, subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
26. Online transactions made through the authorised booking platform/payment gateway are processed through secure payment channels. Guests should retain payment confirmation/receipt.
27. The booking agency acts as a facilitator/booking service provider for transportation and other travel services arranged through third-party service providers. Services are subject to respective provider terms and conditions.
28. Any dispute, claim or issue arising from the booking shall be subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction mentioned in the booking invoice/confirmation voucher.

The itinerary is planned to cover Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan in one day. Due to the long distance, traffic conditions, temple/monument restrictions and limited sightseeing time, the actual sequence and duration of visits may change.

The company will make reasonable efforts to cover the mentioned places, but cannot guarantee coverage of every attraction or temple in case of circumstances beyond its control.
