Warangal fort is the main historical attraction of Warangal city which was built in 13th century in the ruling period of Kakatiya king Ganapati Deva. It attracts tourists with its perfectly carved pillars and arches. This fort has four ornamental gates known as Kakatiya Kala Thoranam. Also it was included in the list of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
