The name of Lord Ganesha here is Varasiddhi Vinayaka because he fulfills any wishes of his devotees. Thiruthani is a popular spiritual town with its Suramanyeswara Swamy temple called Murugan and is one of the six abodes of Murugan. Kanipakam - There were three brothers, one is blind, one is deaf, one is dumb. One of them went to dig a well for water and in the process he bet a stone and blood flowed from the stone and the water became bloody. Later some other people continued to beat then the swayambhu idol of Lord Vinayaka emerged from the water.
Thiruthani - Sri Subramanyeswara swamy temple is here in the name of Murugan and is one of the six abodes of Murugan.
