Nagarjuna Sagar is a popular tourist destination located in the Nalgonda district of Telangana. It is well known for the reservoir built on the Krishna river. It is the second largest reservoir in the country and is a multipurpose project. It comes under the borders of Nalgonda district of Telangana and Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh.
