Green Valley View Point

Green Valley view point is a 5000 ft deep valley from this peak and offers charming views. It was earlier known as the "suicide point"  as it has the dangerous slope. But now it was transformed into a safe place and you can also enjoy the view of Vaigai Dam.

Significance

This viewpoint gives breathtaking views over 5000 ft above sea level. It includes lush valleys, mountain ranges and the Vaigai Dam. It's one of the best spots in Kodaikanal with cool breezes and creates a peaceful atmosphere. You can capture a lot of scenaries and your best memories as it is best photographical place. There is a small local market nearby and you can enjoy the taste of homemade chocolates and shop essential oils, woolen wear and  more. 

How To Reach

It is located close to other attractions like Pillar Rocks & Guna caves. It is located at around 6 KM of distance from Kodaikanal bus stand.  So, you can view all three places at a time by taking a local taxi.
