We provide a tour package to Kodaikanal and Madurai from Chennai by train. The trip is for four nights and five days that start at Chennai Railway Station at night. We will reach Madurai Station by morning and move to Kodaikanal on the road. After reaching Kodaikanal we will check in at a hotel and see places like Green Valley View, Coakers Walk and Pillar Rock. The next day will be a continuation of sightseeing in Ooty at Upper Lake View, Pine Fores, Guna Caves, Museum and boat rides. On day 4, we will drive to Madurai by seeing Silver Cascade on the route to Madurai. After we reach Madurai, we will go for the darshan of Meenakshi Amman Temple, Thirumalai NaickerMahal and drop at Madurai Railway Station at night for a return journey to Chennai reach by the morning. Online tickets Tickets will be generated and issued 4 days prior to the departure. Berth preferences/changes shall not be entertained as the tickets generation is through centralized PRS. Tourists are requested to travel as per the berths allotment.
- Check-in and Check Out time in hotels is 12 noon. Although we take due care that check-in is provided early and late check out is permitted, under unavoidable circumstances, check in/check out may have to be maintained as per Hotel Policy.
- Bestbus/Our Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the Tour Programme at any point of time arising out of various exigencies beyond its control. In such an event, maximum liability of Bestbus/Our Tour Operator shall be limited to the Package Amount paid by the guest.
- The package price is as on date of booking. However, in case of increase in input costs such as railway fare or any other expenses beyond the control of Bestbus/Our Tour Operator, the guests are liable to pay the additional amount before commencement of journey.
- Bestbus/Our Tour Operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to, bad weather, train delays/cancellations etc. Under such circumstances, Bestbus/Our Tour Operator shall make best alternative arrangements guest are liable to pay any additional costs for making such arrangements. Bestbus/Our Tour Operator shall not be responsible for any loss of sight-seeing, visits to planned sites in the itinerary.
- Bestbus/Our Tour Operator doesn't guarantee Darshan at the shrines/places of interest/monuments mentioned in the itinerary.
- Seat allocation in trains is done in a random manner and Bestbus/Our Tour Operator shall not entertain requests for any preferential seat allocation.
- It is mandatory to carry the identity proof provided by the client at the time of booking .The other passangers travelling need to carry a valid photo id card during the package tour. The valid Photo ID Card areAadhaar, Voter id card, Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Credit Cards with Photo, Cards issued by Central/State Goverment and Student ID cardswith photo issued by School/College for their students.
- Please carry Post-paid mobile phones as pre-paid mobile do not function in Jammu & Kashmir.
- While in hotel, please follow house rules. If you wish to use the swimming pool, please carry your own swimming costumes.
- Tour is subject to operation in case minimum booking of 2 passengers on twin/single fare is received.

- You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travellers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.

- Train seats are allocated automatically 2-3 days before departure and shared via SMS and email. Berth preferences/changes shall not be entertained as the ticket generation is through centralized PRS.
