Itinerary of TT Travels :
Day 01: Bangalore To Wayanad
- Morning Pick-up from Majestic, Bangalore around 7 AM.
- You will then drive to Wayanad. The 270-kilometre distance is covered in around 6 hours.
- On your way:
- You get to experience the amazing view of the Ghat road view point.
- You could also stop to catch a glimpse of the famous “Changala maram”.
- Check in to the resort at Wayanad and spend the next couple of hours relaxing.
- After freshening up you can set out on a sight-seeing tour. You can visit the:-
- Pookkodu lake and spend some time boating.
- You will also visit Pazhassi Raja Tomb
- Pazhassi Raja museum Mananthavady and Kuruvadweep – a series of islands formed on the Kabini river.
- Also, you could visit the Banasura Sagar Dam-It is the largest earth dam in India and the second largest of its kind in Asia.
- Overnight stay at the Hotel
Day 02: Wayanad Sightseeing
- After breakfast we go on a full day sight-seeing tour of Wayanad:-
- The Chembara peak
- Soochipara Falls.
- We also visit the Muthanga wildlife sanctuary where you can go on a jungle safari and experience the grandeur of nature’s many blessings. This will definitely be a cherished experience to the nature lover in you.
- Next you will visit the Neolithic cave site of Edakkal. Tourists must trek up the Ambukuthi Hill to reach the caves. The trek up the hill, peppered with coffee plantations, is worth an experience and it takes almost 45 minutes to climb the hill.
- The lush greenery and scenic landscape around and the cool breeze that carries the aroma of coffee will surely make your journey an unforgettable one.
- Overnight stay at Hotel
Day 03: Sightseeing & Departure to Bangalore
- After breakfast, the next morning we check out of the Hotel and proceed towards Bangalore in time for your flight/train.
- If you have the luxury of time you can visit:-
- The Wayanad heritage museum at Ambalavayal
- Jain temple at Sultan Bathery
- The Phantom Rock.
- Dropping Back to Bangalore around 10 PM.
