Chennai to Ooty Tour Package By Train with Pykara Mudumalai

We provide a tour package to Ooty, Pykara, Mudumulai and Coonoor from Chennai by train. It is four nights and five days trip that starts from Chennai Railway Station and drops at Mettupalayam Railway Station in the morning. Later, we will take a train to Udagamandalam to transfer to Ooty. After we reach Ooty we will see Ooty Lake and Botanical Gardens. On day 3, we will visit Film Shooting Places, Pykara Falls, lake, Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary, Elephant Camp and Jungle Ride. Day 4 will be sightseeing in Ooty at Doddabetta Peak, Tea Museum and move to Coonoor. After we arrive at Coonoor, we will go for sightseeing at Sims Park, Lambs Rock and Dolphin’s Nose. Later, we proceed to Mettupalayam Railway Station and pick up a train in the evening for a return journey to Chennai that arrives in the morning. This package includes train tickets, a vehicle for local sightseeing and accommodation services.

Itinerary of IR-Tours :
Day 1:
- Departure from Chennai Central Railway Station by Train no: 12671, Nilgiri Exp at 21.05 hrs.
Day 2:
- Arrival at Mettupalayam railway station at 06:15 hrs
- Alight at the station and board another Train Mettupalayam - Udagamandalam MG Passenger, Train No. 56136, Dep at 07:10 hrs and transfer to Ooty.
- Enjoy the journey on the World Heritage Mountain Railway.
- Pick up at 12:00 Hrs on arrival at Ooty Railway Station.
- Transfer to hotel by road, check in hotel at Ooty.
- Visit to Ooty Lake and Botanical gardens
- Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 3:
- Morning visit the Film shooting places, Pykara falls and lake, etc
- Proceed to Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary** At Mudumalai
- Visit Elephant camp, Jungle ride Later transfer back to hotel.
- Overnight halt at Ooty.
Day 4:
- Morning Check out hotel at Ooty.
- Transfer to Doddabetta Peak and Tea Museum.
- Later transfer to Coonoor by road.
- At Coonoor, visit Sims Park, Lambs Rock, and Dolphin's Nose.
- Later Proceed to Mettupalayam by road drop at Mettupalayam railway station at 19:00 hrs
- Dep. to Chennai by Train No. 12672, Nilgiri Express by 21:20 hours.
Day 5:
- Arrival at Chennai Central at 06:25 hours.
