  • After breakfast drive to Wayanad and visit Edakkal caves– An interesting trek up the Ambukuthi Hill near Ambalavayal town. It is famous for its pictorial paintings done in the caves-takes you to the fascinating neolithic cave site of Edakkal. Etchings found on the walls of these caves have drawn the serious attention of archaeologists and historians worldwide.
  • After Edakkal proceed to Heritage museum situated in Ambalavayal- one of the largest and best archaeological museums in Kerala.
  • There you can explore the entire Wayanad history.
  • Afternoon have your lunch and visit Soochippara waterfalls, a three-tiered waterfall in Vellarimala, Wayanad, surrounded by Deciduous, Evergreen and Montane forests, where you can take bath too.
  • To reach the waterfalls people have to walk a natural rocky trek path which is a thrilling experience.
