The Srivari Paadalu are the fet of Sri Venkateswara Swamy situated on a high hill in the Tirumala hills. They are decorated with fragrant flowers of various colors. It is believed to be that lord Balaji or Venkateswara placed his foot first time in this place and that made a footprint.
It is near Chakrateertham & Sila thoranam and provides a beautiful panoramic views of Tirumala valley from the mandapam. The pine trees here are very beautiful and good for taking photos. The golden lotus feet of Sri Swami are always covered with flowers and basil.
It is said that when lord Vishnu came from Vaikunta to Venkatadri, he placed his first foot here and the second foot near silathoranam and his third foot where the Lord is today in Anandanilayam. Not only devotees but also Brahma deities worship Tirumala Balaji. It is said that when Brahma deities come to this temple, they directly approach the feet of Srivaru, bow their heads and offer devotion to the lotus feet.
Tirumala bus stand is located at a distance of around 6 KM from Srivari Paadalu. You can reach the place by taking a local taxi or local sightseeing bus from the bus stand.
