• Note 2: Bus used for Mysore, Ooty and Coonoor sightseeing may be of 12/22/40 seating with either 2+2 seating or 2+3 seating.
• Note 3: In peak holiday seasons or due to high traffic in the hill areas like Ooty/Coonoor/Kodaikanal and potential traffic jams, if any destinations are skipped, or if the forest road is closed, or due to any other reasons beyond our control, neither the travel company nor Bestbus.in can be held responsible for any onward journey arrangements such as Bus/train/flight bookings.
• Note 4: Generally, we don’t charge extra but in case of any extra charges like GST/Service Charges/Increase in Hotel tariffs due to high demand need to be paid in cash if required.
• Note 5: Based on the bookings received, operator will arrange 2+2 bus or 2+3 bus. In that case, seat nos may change.
• Note 6: If no rooms are available in the mentioned hotels, we provide accommodation in similar hotels.
• Bestbus is an online ticketing platform. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus/tour operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus/tour operators.
• Bestbus will not be responsible for any natural or social calamities.

BestBus Responsibilities Include

• Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its network of bus/tour operators
• Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation
• Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience

BestBus Responsibilities Do Not Include

• The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time.
• The tour operator's employees being rude.
• The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
• The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
• The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
• The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
• The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
• The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
• The departure time mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
• Amenities for this bus as shown on Bestbus have been configured and provided by the bus provider (bus operator). These amenities will be provided unless there are some exceptions on certain days. Please note that Bestbus provides this information in good faith to help passengers to make an informed decision. The liability of the amenity not being made available lies with the operator and not with Bestbus.
• Grievances and claims related to the bus journey should be reported to Bestbus support team within 10 days of your travel date.
